PSoc Creator 4.1 not working

i have installed PSoc Creator 4.1 recently. when i open project created in 3, 3.1 it is compiling. but if i add any component or create new project it shows 

ERROR: The binary path chosen for the "ARM GCC Generic" tool chain does not exist; the toolchain cannot be built. Path: "C:\Program Files\Cypress\PSoC Creator\3.1\PSoC Creator\import\gnu_cs\arm\4.8.4\arm-none-eabi\bin"

i removed all creators old versions and load 4.1 but the same message appears.
